I had a fantastic time at Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the Mexican wine recommended by Sergio at dinner. The beach was clean and beautiful, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. My room had a comfortable bed and a stunning ocean view after a complimentary upgrade. I had a wonderful and relaxing week at the resort.

Absolutely nothing

First of all we got to the hotel we waited 30 minutes!! Until we did check in, only after we ask them what was happening they remembered us. Also after we returned at night from a party and we wanted to order from room service was promised as part of the package through the night, no one answered!. The food at a very low level and the team really not welcoming. Every time we wanted to ask something at reception, we encountered angry faces. In short - not recommended!

The breakfast was very very good, and the staff were affable. The room was spotless with a king bed, had great experience. The free parking was on site, unparalleled service.
